September 29, 2025 - Let me tell you, we have been off having great adventures these last 4 days! Steve, I and our 4 "puppy loves" took off to visit our daughter's family in Tyler. It's a 2 1/2 hour drive, and this was by far the longest they had ever been in a car... and they did great!  But on our way out of town, we stopped at the medical clinic where Steve works, and we got to be a fun Friday surprise for all the medical staff!  Not only was it great fun, but it's part of our strategy, starting when the pups are 6 weeks old, to expose them to as many people and places as we can.  This goes a long way to developing confident, out-going puppies.  Once we made it to Tyler, we set up play areas in two parts of the house... it was like building forts with couches, chairs, bar stools and anything else we could find.  Thank goodness it wasn't until the last day that they discovered how to break out.  :))  

   And then, once back home, we put up a big play pen on our front porch so that they could safely meet all our adults dogs, as well as enjoy some sunshine and gorgeous weather!  Hope you enjoy!

   Oh, I almost forgot... after 3,032 attempts, I was finally able to capture all 4 pups looking at the camera at the same time!!!
